The opportunity

This isn't just an office job.

We're looking for an Operations Coordinator who will become a central part of our day-to-day success. You'll help keep our office running smoothly, support leadership, coordinate important business operations, and play a key role in shaping the employee experience.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, dependable, and eager to build a long-term career in operations. Previous office management experience is not required. We care far more about attitude, initiative, and a willingness to learn than a perfect resume.

As the company grows, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and grow into more senior operations and leadership roles.

your role

Office Operations

  • Order and manage office supplies, snacks, equipment, and onboarding materials

  • Coordinate office maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and vendor relationships

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Keep shared spaces organized, functional, and welcoming

  • Support office events, seasonal decorating, and culture initiatives

Administrative Support

  • Assist with interview scheduling and candidate coordination

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries

  • Support internal meetings, team events, and company offsites

  • Help maintain documentation, records, and operational processes

Finance & Billing Support

  • Generate and send client invoices

  • Track invoice status and follow up on outstanding payments

  • Organize receipts and expense documentation

  • Support recurring billing and renewal processes

  • Assist with bookkeeping coordination and payment reconciliation

Team & Culture Support

  • Help coordinate team lunches, celebrations, and office events

  • Track birthdays, anniversaries, and employee milestones

  • Support onboarding and new hire experiences

  • Contribute ideas that improve company culture and employee experience
