The opportunity
This isn't just an office job.
We're looking for an Operations Coordinator who will become a central part of our day-to-day success. You'll help keep our office running smoothly, support leadership, coordinate important business operations, and play a key role in shaping the employee experience.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, dependable, and eager to build a long-term career in operations. Previous office management experience is not required. We care far more about attitude, initiative, and a willingness to learn than a perfect resume.
As the company grows, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and grow into more senior operations and leadership roles.
your role
Office Operations
Order and manage office supplies, snacks, equipment, and onboarding materials
Coordinate office maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and vendor relationships
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Keep shared spaces organized, functional, and welcoming
Support office events, seasonal decorating, and culture initiatives
Administrative Support
Assist with interview scheduling and candidate coordination
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
Support internal meetings, team events, and company offsites
Help maintain documentation, records, and operational processes
Finance & Billing Support
Generate and send client invoices
Track invoice status and follow up on outstanding payments
Organize receipts and expense documentation
Support recurring billing and renewal processes
Assist with bookkeeping coordination and payment reconciliation
Team & Culture Support
Help coordinate team lunches, celebrations, and office events
Track birthdays, anniversaries, and employee milestones
Support onboarding and new hire experiences
Contribute ideas that improve company culture and employee experience
