Upsource is growing rapidly and preparing to open a new consulting branch in the Greenville, SC area in 2027. To support this expansion, we’re seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Consultantto architect solutions, manage client engagements, and mentor our next generation of consultants.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical design, client strategy, and team leadership, and wants to help shape the future of a growing Salesforce consultancy.

Requirements
Valid U.S. work authorization (no current or future sponsorship required)
In-person availability in Lynchburg, VA, with willingness to relocate to the Greenville, SC area in ~2 years
3+ years of Salesforce consulting or solution architecture experience
Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end Salesforce projects, including discovery, design, and delivery
Strong understanding of declarative configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integrations
Excellent communication and client management skills
Ability to produce accurate effort estimates and manage delivery within expected variance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience mentoring or leading project teams
Proficiency in database design and integration principles (SOQL, REST, JSON)
Strong analytical and architectural problem-solving skills
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Application Architect) preferred
Your Role as a Lead Consultant
As a Lead Salesforce Consultant, you’ll:
Architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions for a variety of business needs
Author Statements of Work (SOWs) and technical designs that pass architecture review without major revisions
Manage project scope, effort, and timelines
Deliver clean, well-tested technical components that meet quality standards
Lead client meetings, guide project teams, and resolve most issues before escalation
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal process improvement and best practices
