Why We're Hiring
Our products, sFiles and MergeUp, are scaling quickly, and 2026 is a foundational year for accelerating growth. To support this, we’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager who will own messaging, GTM execution, outbound campaign development, and SDR enablement across both products.
This role is critical to our GTM success. You’ll shape how our ICP personas understand our products, empower our SDR team with compelling messaging and tools, and launch campaigns that build pipeline and expand our footprint in the Salesforce ecosystem.

What We're Looking For
A strategic, fast-moving marketer who understands how messaging, content, brand, campaigns, and sales enablement work together to drive pipeline. Someone who partners deeply with SDRs, thinks like a GTM strategist, writes like a copywriter, and executes like an owner.
Requirements
- Applicants must have valid U.S. work authorization and require no current or future sponsorship
- This is an in-person position; applicants must be able to commute to our office in Lynchburg, VA
- Strong strategic messaging and writing skills
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing funnel mechanics and pipeline attribution
- Ability to execute campaigns quickly and iterate based on data
- Comfort developing persona-driven content, creative assets, and outbound messaging
- High collaboration mindset, you’ll work closely with SDRs, product leaders, and the Director of Business Development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing B2B SaaS or Salesforce ecosystem products
- Background in GTM strategy, sales enablement, or campaign development
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, SEO content workflows, and social media strategy
- Ability to translate ICP insights into clear narrative, messaging, and multi-channel campaigns
- Data literacy and ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly
Your Role as a PMM
As our Product Marketing Manager, you will own the messaging, campaigns, and GTM execution that expand awareness, improve outbound performance, drive demo requests, and build marketing-influenced pipeline.
Your day to day responsibilities would include:
- Building outbound campaign kits for SDRs, including messaging packs, objection-handling guides, talk tracks, creative assets, and templates
- Partnering with the Director of Business Development to equip SDRs with onboarding tracks, persona insights, and refreshed content
- Creating LinkedIn content, SEO articles, social assets, and nurture flows that build visibility and influence pipeline
- Reviewing campaign performance, MQL → opportunity conversion, and SDR feedback to refine strategy
- Leading quarterly GTM pushes such as persona updates, landing page launches, case studies, and competitive positioning assets
